5:00 and 7:00 p.m.
Fellowship Hall

The Music Ministry of FUMC is excited to invite everyone in the church and community to a concert featuring the Cathedral Choir and guest instrumentalists where we will explore the rich history of Southern Gospel and Black Gospel music.  From I’ll Fly Away and Beulah Land to He Never Failed Me Yet and Total Praise, the music of the southern and black gospel styles may sound a little different to our ear, but they both speak of a deep and abiding faith in God.

Join us in the fellowship hall on Sunday, August 30 at 5:00 and 7:00 p.m. as we celebrate these two powerful genres of church music tradition.  It will be an afternoon that you won’t want to miss!

This event is free and open to the public. For more information, contact James Seay, 834-8990.
